All PV VIP services are exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. A national ID card or other government-issued document may be requested at any time for age verification.

• Providing an accurate date of birth at registration is mandatory
• A government-issued ID is required for KYC verification
• The use of an adult's account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited

When making a deposit on PV VIP, you must always use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's number or account are not accepted.

• No processing fees on deposits
• Save your TrxID once your deposit is confirmed
• Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited
• If your account is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact support with your TrxID.

To withdraw funds from PV VIP, your account must have completed KYC verification. Before your first withdrawal, you will need to upload a photo of your national ID card or passport.

The payment method you use for withdrawals must be registered in your own name. If your bKash or Nagad number does not match your account details, your withdrawal may be delayed.

PV VIP's Sports Betting section lets you place bets on cricket, football, tennis, and many other sports. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed.

• Bet outcomes are determined solely by the final result of the match
• Odds are updated continuously; the odds at the time of confirmation will apply
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded
• PV VIP reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is prohibited

To maintain a fair gaming environment on PV VIP, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses
